Charaf Tajer has just arrived home to Paris following a design trip to Mexico, and a vacation with his five-month-old son “exploring something different”, he says. The creative director of French fashion label Casablanca knows how lucky he’s been to travel with the war in Ukraine. “I feel like it’s kind of surreal … hard for me to realise, but it is the world we live in and we have to deal with it. I’m sad for the people suffering,” he says.
