ell, we were spoiled for choice with the s culinary treats this week. Lots of new and interesting ways to make the most of mince – that Kiwi staple. As well as indulgent puddings, slow-cooked to steamy perfection, pita breads and bagels transformed into wedges, doughnuts and dipping strips... And making good use of those nine game-changing superfoods should set us up nutritionally to fight off the winter nasties! I don’t know how you keep coming up with such innovative ideas, but I do appreciate that a lot of work must go into creating the yummo meals and treats.
