A common misconception people have about exercise is that it’s going to be horrible. In fact, it MUST be horrible for it to ‘work’.
So, let’s get to grips with this word ‘exercise’. Roughly speaking, there are two camps. There’s strength training, which is work using body weight or equipment to provide a stimulus for your muscles to become stronger.
