Cherry chocolate fondants
Snack Masters NZ pastry chef Maxine Scheckter shares a favourite recipe
MAKES 10 Preheat oven to 190°C. Melt 110g butter in the microwave or a small pot, then whisk in 100g chocolate (dark is best, but milk also works) to melt it. In a separate bowl, whisk together 50g flour, 60g sugar and 3 eggs (size 7). Whisk the chocolate mixture into this. Spray a muffin tin with oil and spread the mixture amongst 10 of the muffin cups.
