A neighbour recently gave me a pile of old classic motorcycle magazines he’d found in his late father’s house. They included the actual copy of The Classic MotorCycle which featured my first contribution, and while it was sad to reflect that some who were active motorcyclists at the time are no longer with us, it gave me the chance to see what else had changed in the last quarter of a century.
