TOP REAL ESTATE $ PRODUCERS

TOP REAL ESTATE PRODUCERS 2022

FAQ

How was the list created? Last October, with the help of research firm Datajoe, SLM posted its Top Real Estate Producers form online. We sent the link to the form to dozens of real estate brokerages across the 15-county St. Louis metropolitan area. Any brokerage with agents who sell homes in the metro area could submit nominations. The survey asked brokerage administrators to provide sales volume data for both individual agents and teams. A team is considered two or more licensed professionals working together as one entity; agents could not be nominated as individuals and as part of a team. Teams may be considered small (2-5 members), medium (6-10 members), large (11-20 members), or mega (21+).

What qualifies someone to be a Top Real Estate Producer? To make the list, an individual real estate agent must have sold more than $5 million from October 1,2020-0ctober 1,2021, and a team must have sold more than $10 million during that time frame. Agents must also have an active license and be in good standing, without any recent disciplinary actions.

Are agents able to pay to be on the list? No. Inclusion on the Top Producers list is in no way dependent upon the decision to advertise. Sometimes agents and brokerages decide to advertise; however, advertising is not taken into consideration when compiling the list.
