    Today, few topics are as hot as justice. Terms like retributive justice, social justice, restorative justice, even vigilante justice regularly feature in the news. With such emphasis on justice, can we assume that justice is taking place in our world?

    While that question is probably best answered in the negative, perhaps a better question to ask is why justice is so often absent. It may be that we are suffering the consequences of turning away from a just God.
