ghee 2 T
onion 1, roughly chopped
garlic 3 cloves, crushed
green chilli 1, crushed
ginger 1 t crushed
curry leaves 1 sprig

ripe tomatoes, 4, quartered
vegetable stock 2 cups
water 1 cup
