Makes: 300g/11oz
It is very common to make tempeh from soybeans, but it can be made from all kinds of beans, seeds and grains, as long as the beans are not too big and the skins are not too thick. Try black beans, chickpeas or any type of lentil and mix them with sunflower or sesame seeds.
