Monday
I began my week in a super exciting way: an interview with the BBC! Beforehand, I treated myself to a tasty smoothie: spinach, coriander, ginger, cinnamon, pomegranate, lemon, oat milk, protein powder and spirulina. During the interview, we talked about the development of vegan pastry and, of course, about my book, Vegans Deserve Better Than A Fruit Salad.
