Merrow
THIS LITTLE shawl by Anniken Allis combines three stitch patterns: a garter stitch section, an airy garter eyelet pattern, and a scalloped edging. Anniken has used a hand-dyed 4ply merino yarn from the US artisan dyers The Fiberists, in a sumptuously rich shade of teal. Called Collins Unum Fingering, this yarn comes in 114g skeins, and our sample used 105g of yarn. The chart instructions are provided in written form below; the shawl instructions begin overleaf.
