SANDALFORD ACHIEVES CATERING GOLD
SANDALFORD is known as one of West Australia’s oldest and best wine producers, but it also has a formidable reputation for its food.
Sandalford has collected the Catering Institute of WA Gold Plate Award Prix D’Honneur for winning best modern Australian restaurant for the third year in succession.
It was also named best restaurant in a winery, licensed dining regional and metro and, most significantly for the 2021 culinary team led by executive chef Alan Spagnolo, it was named best new restaurant in Western Australia.
Sandalford CEO Grant Brinklow said the four awards were an acknowledgment of the incredible effort undertaken by all employees of the Swan Valley Estate.
