But the scary thing is YouTube is only 17 years old. Initially launched as an online dating service, YouTube would go on to become arguably the biggest and most important website in the history of the internet. Launching a platform that would eventually see the rise of Content Creators as well as a bottomless well of information and utter nonsense. But how did a failed online dating site turn into the behemoth it is today?
