his month I am going to take a chance and bet that Spring has sprung, putting Old Man Winter’s frigid grasp in the rearview mirroe. I’m also betting outdoor ham radio plans are beginning to be made such as antenna projects, hamfests, and the granddaddy of them all — Field Day in late June.
