Fortnite’s continued absence from both the major app stores has created an enormous gap for the still burgeoning and incredibly popular battle royale genre to fill. While mobile-focused versions of big titles like PUBGand CallofDutydo fill that gap to an extent, the lack of a fuller-featured replication of a PC game – that Fortnitewas – is wanting.

arguably one of the most popular games in the genre on console and PC, and its inevitable entrance into mobile is ahead of other announced projects from other. also well suited to capture a younger, audience, as its combat is notably less serious and violent than its competition.
