ollowing a recent refresh of the , the 126-room property has partnered with the award-winning, Denver-based, a popular Prohibition-era speakeasy. So naturally, a notable change is its new bar and cocktail program. “Sean Kenyon, the founder of Williams & Graham and a third-generation bartender has a deep-seated passion for hospitality and brings the much-needed ingredients to help enhance the spirit of the Lounge while bringing new energy and excitement to the offerings,” says Henning Rahm, Regional Manager, Limelight Hotel Aspen and Snowmass. The collaboration has resulted in the addition of a number of local spirits, interesting garnishes and diverse glassware. Kenyon says paying homage to the locals and regulars is critical. “They loved agave spirits and whiskey so the menu is heavily focused on both. Also, our cocktails work well with Chef’s creations.” The Limelight Lounge is open daily from 3-10 p.m. with happy hour 3-6 p.m.
