30 YEARS AGO – APRIL 1992

OUR best-selling mag of all time happened to be the April ’92 issue, when we put a Range Rover on the front cover. Not that Rangies generally sold magazines well, but this one, standing on its nose on a dune in the Millicent Dune Buggy Club area south of Robe, was a cracker of a shot. Readers thought so as well. We never recreated those sales – but, then again, we never ran a mag with a vehicle standing on its nose either!
