    It’s another screen serving of pioneering television chef Julia Child, but one made to a different recipe.

    The new HBO television drama Julia, starring English actress Sarah Lancashire as Child, follows the movie Julie and Julia, in which Meryl Streep played her, and last year’s documentary feature, also named Julia.

    Lancashire is best known for her roles on Coronation Street, Last Tango in Halifax and Happy Valley, which, with her stage career, have made her a national institution in the UK – she was awarded an OBE for services to acting in 2017.
