EASY PECAN STICKY BUNS

¾ cup unsalted butter, softened and divided
1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar, divided
1 tablespoon light corn syrup
¾ cup chopped pecans
1 (17.3-ounce) package frozen puff pastry (2 sheets), thawed
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground cardamom
1 teaspoon orange zest
½ cup chopped golden raisins
