Holiday Ham with Maple-Mustard Glaze
MAKES 8 TO 10 SERVINGS
½ cup firmly packed light brown sugar
½ cup maple syrup
½ cup whole-grain mustard
¼ cup molasses
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 (10-pound) shank-portion smoked ham
1. Preheat oven to 325°. Line a roasting pan with heavy-duty foil. Place a roasting rack in prepared pan.
2. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, maple syrup, mustard, molasses, Worcestershire, horseradish, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Place ham on roasting rack. Using a small knife, make shallow cuts on outside of ham, 1 inch apart, in a diamond
