It can be rice, it can be steak, it can be deep-fried in a delicate batter and turned into tempura, it can be roasted whole and take the place of chicken or lamb, it can be “wings”, “popcorn” and it can even, though I don’t like to believe it, be pizza. Cauliflower is many things; seemingly everything. But there is one thing it is not: going away any time soon.
