Pineapple-Habanero Pepper Jelly
MAKES 6 (½-PINT) JARS
3 cups chopped fresh pineapple (about 1 pineapple)
1 cup finely chopped yellow bell pepper, (about 1 large pepper)
5 cups sugar
1 cup white vinegar
3 habanero peppers, seeded and finely chopped
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 (3-ounce) packets liquid fruit pectin*
