JUMPING

Jumping not only feels fantastic, it’s a crucial skill to master if you want to send gaps in the future

1 Approach the jump with plenty of speed. Going too slowly means you’ll land too short. Jumping is more about the right speed than pulling up hard on the handlebar.

2 Your body position needs to be nice and central, with the pedals level.
