What’s the story?

Saucony’s nylon-plated eye-catchers are designed as a training partner to the racier Endorphin Pro 2. At 224g they’re light and agile, thanks to a combination of high-energy Pwrrun PB foam and a foot-long nylon plate that’s better for regular running than carbon. Plus there’s Speedroll midsole tech – a sort of curved rocker shaping – to smooth your heel-to-toe transition in every step.

Up top, breathable and flexible mono-mesh uppers wrap your feet, while the outsole has reinforced high-abrasion zones to deliver reliable traction even when you’re taking tight corners at top speed.

Are they any good?

There are loads of really good shoes around right now… but the Endorphin Speed 2 is the leader of the pack. If you want a single pair of road shoes that can do it all, get these.
