SIR LANCELOT GOES FORTH

◼ Converting his debut game to the new Amstrad CPC computer was Stephen Cargill’s first role at Melbourne thanks to the extra memory on offer and it makes the game one of the better early efforts for the system. Sir Lancelot himself may have lost a bit of zip, but the additional colour, sound and the ability to choose the level order – courtesy of Merlin’s Magic Teleport Chamber – improves the game beyond the Spectrum original.
