A new year, a stronger you

Twenty twenty-one was full of shock, stress and plenty of unsteadiness. No doubt your workout routine suffered, which is entirely understandable. This year, let’s hit the reset button and begin again, with soulful movements that build strength and suppleness.

Our focus is finding the functionality of stretch by using a selective training combination. We will use just one exercise in various flow movements that target multiple groups of muscles. By combining these training methods, we create a soulful and successful restart to your workout routine. With breath and pause, we will ease into these aligned exercises to create a supple spine and build the important foundations for strength.
