It was my online yoga and meditation lessons that kept me from tumbling down a dark hole during that first lockdown of 2020. Curtailing our lives, mourning loved ones, losing income has been hard. Without the usual distraction of coffee dates, languid weekend lunches and office water cooler chats, it was easy to lose a grip. But we found ways to cope.
