FUR’S NO.1 FAN

The first thing Katie Risk did when I arrived was try to buy my coyote jacket. She petted it, tried it on and immediately asked, “How much do you want for it, the fit is perfect?” She was sad for about 10 seconds and then was ready to show me her collection, but she mentioned the coat several times, I was glad it was locked in the car.

Katie has at least one fur for every day of winter, and she’s not afraid to wear them, everywhere, anytime, even fishing.

The Risk house has fur, taxidermy and animals virtually everywhere. A mélange of mink, otters, bobcats, opossums and tanned furs are everywhere in the living room, the beds are covered
