INGREDIENTS

• 2 large slices of bread of your choice
• 1 tbsp butter
• 100g grated cheddar
• 110ml whole or oat milk
• ¾ tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp English mustard (or ½ tsp Dijon mustard)
• ½ small leek, diced
• Pinch salt
• Fresh herbs
