This year marks not one but two important ten-year anniversaries for former professional footballer Fabrice Muamba.
But while he and his wife Shauna have plans to celebrate a decade of marriage in style come October, the other significant date, later this month, looks set to pass without fuss or fanfare in their happy family home.
On 17 March, it will be ten years to the day since Fabrice, now 33, suffered a devastating cardiac arrest during an FA Cup quarter-final match between Tottenham Hotspur and his team Bolton Wanderers. For an astonishing 78 minutes, medics battled to get his heart beating again.
