2 tbsp chopped lemongrass, the white inner part of the stalks
2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp coconut sugar
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp red curry paste
1 tsp ginger, grated
500g The Bare Bird Chicken Breast Fillets, cut into 8 strips lengthways
