Can you tell us about your journey to the work you now do in the slow fashion and body positivity movement?

When I was 18, I fell in love with a locally owned store that only sold designs made in Canada, and I learned very quickly about the harm of fast fashion, the importance of buying less and how quality apparel costs more, but lasts so much longer than that $5 t-shirt you never really liked. At that time I was straight-sized and already at the cusp of size ranges, but as I got older, even though I rapidly sized-out of ethical brands, I still loved them with more passion. I feel like I fell backwards into body positivity, because I lived with thin privilege for so long that when it was gone I was outraged. My body still felt the same, I was still the same, I
