TRACK RIDER CLINIC...

Other than being asked multiple times at every trackday “how many sighting laps?” and “which is the first group out?”, I receive a lot of messages requesting advice – and I’m starting to see the same questions reoccurring.

So, just in case you didn’t know, No Limits always do two sighting laps at the start of each group’s first session. The running order will always start with upper group, then the middle group, and lastly the lower group – but that’s with exception of Mallory Park, where we start with the middle group, then the lower group, and finally the upper group.

Those classics aside, we regularly have queries about the use of tyre warmers, and the best boots for those of us with large calves and other types of kit.
