Vodka infusion

INGREDIENTS
1 oz. apple cinnamon-infused Family Jones house vodka
½ oz. TFJ amaretto
¾ oz. lemon juice
¾ oz. Guajillo chili simple syrup Splash of soda water
DIRECTIONS
Combine vodka, amaretto, lemon juice and simple syrup into a shaker, fill with ice and shake vigorously. Pour into a Collins glass with ice and top with a splash of soda water.
