Stepping onto the cobblestones of Dublin’s famous Temple Bar neighborhood, you know that you’ve arrived. The sound of traditional Irish music spills into the streets from the multitude of bars, mixing with the laughter and singing of the crowds—the sights and sounds all around calling out proudly, “Come join in on the Irish luck.
