There’s no point going into what’s been said a million times about coronavirus and how it’s changed everything, forced our hands to adapt and innovate, and reshaped our jobs. For some, whose facilities housed essential services, life became about mitigating risk, and preventing contagion. For others, whose tenants went into lockdown, working from home, there may have been the chance for some maintenance and upgrade activities or the need to bolster cybersecurity as colleagues logged on remotely.
