CHART NOTE: Read RS (odd-numbered) rows from right to left and WS (even-numbered) rows from left to right.

STITCH PATTERN

Mock Rib (multiple of 6 sts + 4)

Row 1: RS – K4, *p2, k4; rep from * to end.

Row 2: WS – Purl.

BACK

With 6mm needles, cast on 70 (76, 82, 94, 100) sts.

Work in Mock Rib until piece meas 6.5cm, end with a RS row.

Next Row: WS – Purl, dec 4 (2, 0, 4, 2) sts evenly. 66 (74, 82, 90, 98) sts.

Next Row: RS – Change to 6.5mm needles and cont in Stst until piece meas approx 39.5 (40, 40, 41.5, 42)cm
