I am excited to see the recent change in eligibility laws in international rugby. From 1 January, international players can now change allegiances to represent the country they, their parent or grandparent were born in, following a three-year stand down period. This opens up a raft of possibility and opportunity for all rugby players, especially those with Pacific heritage.
