Adrenaline, butterflies, nerves… they’re all bad, right? Wrong.

Let’s look at adrenaline and what it is. Epinephrine (adrenaline) is a hormone made by the adrenal glands and is best known as part of the body’s fight-or-flight response. It is also referred to as the sympathetic nervous system. When your body produces the hormone, you may experience a heart rate increase, sweating, enlarged pupils and shaky limbs, but you can also experience heightened senses and a feeling of invincibility.
