Cruelty-free make up has boomed in recent years, with many taking the pledge to ditch their beauty products in an attempt to use vegan and cruelty-free alternatives.
In the last 10 years, the revenue of the natural and organic cosmetics market in the UK has reached a staggering £220.9 million according to Statista, a leading statistic website.
With this there has also been a growing awareness of animal testing especially concerning ingredients used in everyday beauty products.
‘Not tested on animals’ is the most important packaging claim for 57% of UK shoppers, The Vegan Society found.
