RAZOR COLA

If you were around in the 1980s it’s almost certain you will have seen at least one of the Mad Max films. Set in a future post-apocalyptic world it may have been the characters and storyline that got the viewer hooked but, for many, it was the vehicles that stole the show. Most of them resembled cobbled-together pieces of rusting metal and looked like something from TV’s Scrapheap Challenge. One of the standout cars in the film was Razor Cola, a machine based on a 1973 Ford Falcon coupe and also referred to as Caltrop No 6. It was this vehicle that became the inspiration for the scooter that you see in front of you.
