21st century fast lass

Happily describing herself as a ‘tomboyish Yorkshire lass’, Nikita Donaghue, nee McNally (you may recognise that surname) came into scooter racing from a motocross background. She comes from a family with a strong motorsport and scootering background. Her dad, Brendan, is better known as Maca, the legendary painter behind Downtown Custom with a string of iconic scooters to his name. Her uncle was heavily involved in motocross while Maca also spent a few years scooter racing in the early 1980s. He was also responsible for the iconic Leeds Central Race Team scheme.
