Noose tightens on Roundup

Just as New Zealand is urged to gird up against the spread of weeds, the safety of the most useful weapon against them is being called into question. Glyphosate, the active ingredient in products such as Roundup, is the default herbicide for most of New Zealand’s land management agencies, farmers and home gardeners.
