Rubbing my 17-month-old daughter Summer-Rae’s back as she coughed, I sighed.
‘It’s OK,’ I soothed.
My twins – Summer-Rae and her brother, Dillan – were lockdown babies.
When Summer-Rae suffered with recurring chest infections, doctors said it was because she had a weakened immune system, from not mixing with many other babies.
She’d even been in hospital with it, on antibiotics.
But apart from that, my twins were perfect.
They were the sweetest pair.
Summer-Rae was really cheeky, sassy and so clever.
Dillan was quieter, and they complemented each other really well.
