An extraordinary treasure trail of romantic clues and an idyllic lakeside chalet setting ensured that actress Jorgie Porter will never forget the moment that partner Ollie Piotrowski proposed.
“We’re on another level of love, which I could never have believed was possible,” says the Hollyoaks star in the couple’s first interview and photoshoot to celebrate their engagement.
There is another cause for celebration as Jorgie welcomes us over the threshold of their stunning home, a converted 19thcentury reservoir gatehouse, which they share with four-month-old Stella, their doberman puppy.
“We’ve just got the kitchen cupboard doors on,” she tells us. “We’ve lived with open shelves for months, so these doors are the pièce de résistance. Our home is complete.”
