We cannot always wake with the dawn, but perhaps you can set your alarm at the same time each morning, allowing yourself an extra 10 minutes for your morning workout. Before breakfast is ideal, otherwise you will need to leave time to digest your breakfast before you work out. For the same reason, it would be best to do your midday workout before lunch. Though you could also do midday workouts mid-morning or mid-afternoon. Or all three!
