    • Size 8/1.50mm steel crochet hook or size needed to obtain gauge

    • Starch

    GAUGE

    10 sc = 1 inch; rnds 1-8 of rose = 2 inches in diameter

    PATTERN NOTES

    Weave in loose ends as work progresses.

    Join rounds with slip stitch as indicated unless otherwise stated.

    SPECIAL STITCHES

    Picot: Ch 4, sl st in first ch of ch-4.

    V-stitch (V-st): (Dc, ch 3, dc) in indicated st.

    Beginning V-stitch (beg V-st): Ch 6 (counts as dc and ch-3), dc in same st as beg ch-6.

    Ch 7, sl st in 4th ch from hook.
