Motor Moguls – we’re losing ’em!

One thing I did hear about at the back end of last year was the end of the Marshall Motor Group as a family run concern, selling out to TDR Capital who own names that trade such as; and the upcoming On a personal level, it saddened me a little bit as this now marks the end of all the dealerships I have had a personal connection with in my past working career, with our much-missed Rover – latterly MG Rover, Henlys of Northampton, Tanswell of Towcester, Phoneix Retail and Marshall Rover Bedford – all gone.
