Set up your camera for video

Virtually every camera that comes to market these days has the ability to not only capture excellent stills frames, but also shoot video footage too. In fact, most cameras (even smaller compacts) can now record high-quality 4K movies. What this means is there are even fewer barriers to stop any photographers, regardless of how new to the game they are, from dipping their toes in the world of video.
