Teleconsults for pets

I work in an integrative veterinary practice in the inner west of Sydney. Our clients come from all over, not just from the inner west: a large proportion of our pet owners come from other parts of the city, from regional New South Wales and even from interstate. So distance-based teleconsultations (or technology-based consultations) aren’t a thing new for us. Most of our long-distance clients also maintain a relationship with their local vet for in-clinic checks and emergencies.
